ENBA offers extensive services including digital assistance, service, and roadside assistance organization to its users. We only act as an intermediary in transactions occurring over our platform.
3. Payment Terms
Service fees are subject to the conditions specified during the relevant transaction. Payments are made upfront or post-service through our platform's integrated payment providers. An e-invoice/receipt is issued by the system at the end of the service.
4. Cancellation and Refund Rights
Our users have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with European standards. However, in cases requiring rapid intervention (e.g., if a tow truck has already departed), this right of withdrawal may be restricted or subject to partial refund once the service execution has begun.

ENBA accepts no liability beyond what is permitted by law for hardware interruptions, technical glitches of our website, or material damages resulting from the actions of our partners (service/tow truck).
